We took a vintage 1960's writing bureau, made by Turnidge of London, and completely renovated it. Having cleaned and lightly sanded it, we went bold and applied a Dulux Heritage Eggshell to the piece (2 coats).
 
Inside we backed the piece with a bold design which we also carried in to the lining of the drawers and the writing inset.
 
Brasswork was cleaned and polished to brighten up the metalwork.
