This simple vintage chest of drawers has been upcycled and restored using a heritage sage green colour combined with a pebble wood wax finish to the top and drawer fronts.
 
The Sage Green colour is from Dulux Heritage's range of eggshell paints.  The top and drawer fronts finish is from Osmo's range of Wood Wax Finish products.
 
The chest of drawers have been fully stripped of the old varnish finish, sanded smooth with sections of minor damage repaired, before two coats of eggshell paint were applied the body.  Drawers fronts had the wood wax finish applied with the excess removed to give them a lighter, vintage finish.
 
New gold coloured knobs were applied and paint detailing was added to the drawer edges to tie in with the overall theme.
